ZH Machinery ZH-110A Coiling machine for resistance wire is a special coiling equipment. The machine has the characteristics of small dimension, high accuracy, easy operation, stable performance and high production. It has touch screen and can input technical parameters into touch screen compared to the ZH-110 Coiling machine that doesn’t have this function.

  1. PLC control, operated by touch screen, count by coder, and measure resistance value automatically.
  2. The inverter controls the shaft speed, coiling and cutting the coils automatically.
  3. Can set the parameters like wire diameter, Ohm/M, Ohm value in the touch screen.
  4. Cut by pneumatic cylinder, it can control the number of turns and with clean ends cut.
