The ZH-106A Filling machine is for high temperature, small granule MgO powder and the insulation is good. If you require withstand voltage around 1500-1800v, ZH-105 Filling machine can meet your requirement. Required information when ordering our ZH-106A MgO Powder Filling Machine

*Max. element tube length, outer and inner diameter of element tube.

*Max. outer diameter after welding coil and terminal pin.

*Electrical supply (for example,single phase 220v 50hz).

*If you prefer filling different diameters of element tube in one ZH-106A Tube Filling Machine, there are 3 different ways for your choice. First, when you only want to filling one diameter,please put the same length empty tube for other diameters which not filled to protect guide tubes and core rod sets. Second, take apart the guide tubes and core rod sets which are filled and then use plug or tissue to seal the MgO powder falling hole. Third, make separated MgO powder box, take apart the guide tubes and core rod sets for unfilled positions.
