Zhenghe Intelligent ZH-102 Pipe welding machine is a special machine for making stainless steel tube. The machine uses inverter to control the welding speed. It can adjust the speed when welding different strip thicknesses. It also can cool and straighten the tube after welding. The machine has the characteristics of high production with low waste and cost.
It has several procedures: decoiler, formation, argon welding and straightening. The production line of tube making machine consists of decoiler, welding device and machine body. The machine body consists of feeding guiding roller, roller bracket, motor, electric system, cooling system and welding device.
