Detailed Product Description

ZH Machinery Rolling Mills are specially designed to reduce round and metal sheathed tubular heating elements to increase the MgO powder density. It can guarantee the circularity ratio of 1:300 and the degree of the flatness of +/-0.05mm. ZH-101 Tube rolling machine can be used together with ZH-312 Feeding and testing machine and can be equipped with tube marking device.

SPECIFICATON

Functions:

  1. The frame of the machine is made out of pig iron casting.
  2. We have two types of motor for your choice, non-uniform speed (different speed) and uniform speed. The former makes the ductility of the tube better, while the latter applies to the tube with large diameter.
  3. When the tube specifications change, we only need to replace a set of rollers. The rollers can be classified into two categories: high speed steel roller and tungsten carbide roller. High speed steel roller can reduce approximately 3 hundred thousand meters length heaters (8H/Day and 5Days/Week),  while tungsten carbide roller can reduce approximately 1 million meters length heaters(8H/Day and 5Days/Week)
  4. This machine is of small size, low noise and convenient adjustments.
  5. Applicable tube: Copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.

Main technical parameters:

  1. Tube diameter after compressing: 5.2mm-19.0mm.
  2. The max. diameter before compressing: 21mm.
  3. The min. length of tube:110mm.
  4. Speed: 18m/min.

Required information when ordering our ZH-101 Rolling machine

*Initial and final tube diameter (wall thickness).
*Tube material.
*Electrical supply (for example,sinAgle phase 220v 50hz).
*Tungsten carbide roller or high-speed steel roller.
*To be supplied by customer before delivery: at least 50 pieces of 350mm long heater for final adjustments.
