Zhenghe Intelligent ZH-113 Partial annealing machine is used to make the annealed parts of the elements tube to increase the temperature by inputting low voltage and strong current. And then the annealed parts will cool in the air to get the purpose of anneal when the current is cut off. It can enhance the ductility and make a good preparation for bending after the tube is annealed. Spot annealing machine has two pairs of electrodes in the left and right direction. Because the distance between the two electrodes can be adjusted and the anneal tube length also can be adjusted. The machine is controlled by PLC, and you can set the temperature in the temperature control meter to annealing tube. Press the foot switch, the cylinder will push the electrodes to clamp the heating elements in the electrodes. The cylinder will move back to the original position after annealing and the heating elements will unload automatically. It is convenient to change the output voltage, electric current to adapt anneal of different materials and tube length according to adjustment of the current and time.
