Detailed Product Description

As we all know that after filling and rolling the elements, they always come out with a certain length variation. This variation is caused by tube diameter tolerance, tube hardness variation and tap density (amount of MgO in the element). The most influential factor is the tap density, i. e. the density of MgO in the element after filling.

There are two methods of compensating the length variations:

One is cutting (turning) the element’s two ends (and also remove plug) to the same length. Our ZH-103 Automatic turning machine and ZH-121 Manual turning machine adapt this method.

The other is stretching elements to the same length.Our ZH-159 Stretching machine adopt this method.
