Zhenghe Machinery ZH-340 Winding machine for cartridge heater is designed to wind resistance wire on MgO rod for cartridge heater. It adopts speed adjustable motor to discharge wire and clamp tube(rod). Wire discharging device adopts ball bearing screw mandrel with high accuracy, uniform pitch and can be adjusted. Using lock circle to clamp the tube(rod), it is easy to put on and take out the tube(rod). You can set parameters like wire diameter, speed, pitch on the screen. It is special for wind the resistance wire for cartridge heater compare with our other winding machines.
